ECOS 1980 1 (1) The Countryside and Wildlife Bill – Pete Rayne

Abstract: Existing legislation for wildlife protection in the UK is comlex, dispersed and inadequate. Recognising this, the Department for the Environment is sponsoring a new Wildlife Bill. The proposed main elements of this are summarised and discussed here.
